STAR-TIMES When New Zealand's biggest broadsheet Sunday paper, the 220,00 circulation Sunday Star-Times needed a new look, publisher Terry Quinn called in NDA's Tony Sutton, who spent seven weeks at the newspaper during 2002 and early 2003, planning and executing the new look with editor Sue Chetwin and design editor Michele Macleod. The revamp included two new tabloid pull-outs and the creation of new internal sections.
