Crain's Cleveland Business
Cleveland, USA
2004

For their redesign of Crain's Cleveland Business, NDA's Tony Sutton and the newspaper's art director Christine Gordillo, chose Berkeley Old Style as a replacement headline font for the previous Franklin Gothic and changed the paper's signature colour from green to red.
The brief to the designers from publisher Brian Tucker was to give the weeky a more upmarket feel and add points of typographic and graphic information to help readers assimilate the information.
Other typefaces used in the redesign are Bureau Grotesque for splash headlines, Colossalis for headers and Utopia for text.
